Why Digital Marketing in Delhi Is a Different Game
Delhi is one of the most competitive search markets in India, and also one of the most fragmented.
A wholesaler in Chandni Chowk, an IT reseller in Nehru Place and a clinic in Dwarka are not competing with each other — but a single page trying to serve all three will lose to businesses that built for one. Add the four NCR markets Google ranks separately and the capital stops being one SEO problem and becomes several.
Delhi's organic first page is contested by national brands on almost every commercial term, so the winnable ground is locality-level: ranking for the pocket and the service together before chasing the city-wide phrase.
That is why we do not run a single template across every city. Delhi is not one market. Rankings, competitors and buying behaviour shift between Chandni Chowk, Nehru Place and Dwarka, and we build for that instead of averaging it out. The plan we build for a business in Karol Bagh is not the plan we build for one in Nehru Place, and the reporting shows you which parts are actually producing enquiries.
